Just some quick hits today, as we begin to ramp up for training camps.

Sugar Cleared for Moncton

First off, congrats to Chris Botta for being on top on the Brandon Sugden story. Bill Daly of the NHL spoke to Brandon Sugden and then spoke to the four teams that were impeding his chance to come to the Isles training camp. Per Botta's last blog, Sugden himself left him a message saying he was cleared.

Sugar is on board. Now to make the team is all in his hands...and fists.

The music stinks, but here is a nice compilation of TKOs by Brandon)

Gallant is "Special"

Per the Isles on Friday, Gerard Gallant has been reassigned to SPECIAL CONSULTANT TO THE GENERAL MANAGER

You, Gerard, are my number one guuuuyyyyyyyyy"
