2 yr. deal worth 2.4 million, 1.2 per yr.

Down to two eastern Conference Teams.

Word is Joe Sakic is telling teammates he will return this season. He was waiting to see what Colorado would do come July 1st.

Tampa bay shopping goaltender Mike Smith.

Atlanta and Chicago are offering Campbell 8.5 million.

Ron Hainsey and Pavol Demitra are waiting for Campbell and Hossa to sign before they make a move.

Word is Canucks have given St. Louis forward David Backes a 3 yr. 2.5 million offersheet. Blues have a week to match. St. Louis will likely need to trade a player to match the offer.

Blues have got to be absolutely shocked. St. Louis resident and Canucks employee Scott Mellanby wastes little time before he makes his presence felt!

Toronto has expressed in D-man Wade Redden

As of an hour ago Detroit, Colorado, San Jose, and New Jersey are the teams who have expressed serious interest in Darcy Tucker. Obviously other clubs could have enterd into the discussion. Very credible source tells me deal is close.

From earlier....

Multiple teams interested including the Islanders. Working on a 1 yr. deal with reachable bonuses.

Washington still in on Huet who has received several significant offers. Ottawa is pursuing Huet.

Half the league are throwing offers at Brian Rolston.

Vancouver, Rangers, Buffalo, and Ottawa have shown interst in Curtis Sanford as a potential backup.

Ryan Johnson has heard from several teams. Waiting for better offers to come his way.

St. Louis staying quiet as of now.

Bryce Salvador re-signs with New Jersey

4 Yr. Deal totaling 11.6

2.9, 2.9,2.9,2.9
