I am told the deal that is holding that deal up is that Calgary, Montreal, and a third team that I believe to be San Jose are currently in a brutal bidding war over Olli Jokinen.

Also according to 610WIP, there is a story coming out in the Philly papers tomorrow that verifies what I said earlier about Forsbreg, quoting him today saying, "I said I wasn't ready yet." and it is still possible that Foppa is coming to Philly or Ottawa....or maybe someone else..
