This past week has obviously been a trying one for the club and the youngster. However, I am of the feeling that, despite this all, Ryan O'Byrne is here to stay with the big club. He brings a great and needed extra dimension to the Defense with his size and skill. They need his size for sure. I get the feeling he is up for good and I am in favor of that decision.

Teams on the road sometimes grow closer due to crazy circumstances. There is no doubt that this week can be looked at in this way and that the team has already worked together through this and is prepared to move forward together.

Tonight's game is a key test. Huet will need to be the key for this one. Goaltending is always important but against Tampa it is crucial.

Tomorrow the Panthers as we work our way across Florida for another tough match.
